Dulat, former Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat and an Advisor on Kashmir to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Shri Dulat will share his perceptions of the Kashmir problem, the Pakistani role in upsetting political efforts to break the impasse and the possible road ahead.
