Prof Stobdan argues that connectivity to Ladakh could offer a bigger strategic perspective and a historic opportunity for India to physically connect with China, Eurasia, Europe and beyond, which could be the kernel not only for broader change, but also beneficial to India’s strategic outreach to the north.
