Member of the Appellate Body of the WTO, Shri Ujal Singh Bhatia spoke on ‘China’s OBOR- What it Means for India’s Trade and Investment’ at IDSA on January 11, 2017 Mr. Bhatia was India’s Permanent Representative to the WTO from 2004 to 2010.
