A book discussion on ‘China Behind the Miracle’ (Bloomsbury, 2015), authored by Ms Sumita Dawra, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre, was organised at IDSA on January 4, 2015. Director General, IDSA, Shri Jayant Prasad presided over the discussion.
