Senior Vice-President of Global Affairs of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan and the former Director of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), Dr William A. Stanton delivered a talk on ‘The Failures of US Policy Towards China’ at IDSA on October 20, 2015.
