IDSA Signs MOU with IDS, Vietnam

The Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with IDS, Vietnam, on September 26, 2012. The IDS delegation was headed by Major General Nguyen Dinh Chien, Director General of Defence Strategic Institute, MOD, Vietnam.
