A duly appointed representative of the Corporate (body) Member can use the Institute library and borrow books by depositing a one time, refundable, non-interest bearing security deposit of Rs.5000/- (w.e.f. 1st July 2020). Annual subscription fee for the membership category Rs.2000/- for Government Establishment and Rs.1Lac for Private Corporate.

Special Corporate Membership is open to institutions and Libraries. Annual Subscription fee for this membership Category is Rs.600/-

Associate Corporate Membership is open to military units of the Indian Armed Forces. Annual Subscription fee for this membership Category is Rs.400/-
