Associate Fellow, IDSA, Dr. Prashant Kumar Singh’s article on India-China relations, titled “A ‘China-India Plus’: Continuity and Novelty in an Idea,” has been published in Defense Security Brief 8, no. 2 (July 2019): 20-36. (An INDSR, Taipei publication).
The author argues in the article that although ‘China-India Plus’ proposal is novel in its format, it shows continuity in terms of underlying expectations and hope.
