Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda’s piece on Indo-China Border Dispute, titled ‘Breaking Down the India-China Border Standoff’ has been published by South Asian Voices, an online portal of the Stimson Centre, Washington DC, on June 03, 2020.

The piece essentially argues that Chinese actions on the border with India seem to be driven by domestic pressures.
