DG, IDSA Attends IISS-MEA Dialogue

Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta attended the IISS-MEA dialogue in London on October 4, 2012 and presented a paper on Afghanistan and its Neighbourhood towards 2015 & Beyond. The Indian delegation was led by Foreign Secretary Shri Ranjan Mathai.
