President, Federal College for Security Studies, Dr Hans-Dieter Heumann; Teaching Director and Chief of Staff, Colonel (General Staff) Wolfgang Geist and Directing Staff, Foreign Policy Legationsrat, Mr Klasse Hans Christian Winkler met Director General, IDSA Dr Arvind Gupta, on February 11, 2013 at his office and discussed the prospects of mutual cooperation. The Federal Academy organises training courses for officials and is closely linked with the German establishment.
