RT on Andaman and Nicobar Islands Organised at IDSA

A round table discussion on ‘Andaman and Nicobar Islands: Strategic Implications’ took place at IDSA on May 7, 2013. Former Deputy Commissioner, Nicobar Islands, and former Chief Secretary, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dr Sanat Kaul, who is publishing a book with IDSA on this theme, presented his ideas as a prelude to the publication of the book. Vice Adm (Retd) PS Das presided over the discussions.
