Secretary (ER), Ministry of External Affairs, Shri Dammu Ravi delivered a Keynote Address at the Webinar on ‘India’s Approach to Cooperation with Africa’, organised by MP-IDSA on 24 February 2022.

Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy gave the Opening Remarks and highlighted the potential areas for increasing India-Africa cooperation in a multilateral world. The panel included eminent speakers from India and Africa.
