IDSA publication, the Task Force Report, ‘Net Security Provider: India’s Out of Area Contingency Operations’ was launched by Lt Genral NC Marwah, PVSM, AVSM, CISC, at IDSA on December 3, 2012.
The book launch was followed by a panel discussion, chaired by Vice Admiral PS Das (Retd).
