This book is the result of the first Indo Uzbek Strategic Dialogue held in Tashkent from June 17-19, 1998, under the aegis of the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), New Delhi and the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies (ISRS).
